Returns Eligibility
We accept returns for store credit on eligible items returned within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must:

Be unworn, unwashed, and unused

Have all original tags attached

Be free from makeup, perfume, deodorant, stains, or damage

Be returned in their original condition and packaging
Items that do not meet these requirements may be rejected and returned to the customer at their expense.
Store Credit
Approved returns will be issued as store credit only.

Is valid for 12 months from the date of issue

Once assessed, we will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund where required by applicable consumer law.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Pavlov Lane Clothing is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Processing Returns
Once your return has been received and inspected, please allow 2–5 business days for processing.
You will receive an email confirmation once your store credit has been issued.
Order Cancellations
Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast dispatch.
